Use this form to upload the REQUIRED SUPPORTING documentation for the scholarship application.
If you are unable to upload all your supporting documents at the time of application submission another form will be available for future uploads. It is the applicants responsibility to upload all required documents by the absolute deadlines. Applicants who have started the application process but are having difficulty acquiring or submitting documents should remain in contact with the Pueblo of Isleta Department of Education (505)869-9790 during the application process. The Department may accept late-completion appeals with extenuating circumstances.
Other required supporting documents are the Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) and your Official Transcript(s). You must send a request to your institution for these documents, please take into account the time to process the document (check with your institution to learn more about the time to process these documents). The FNA and Transcript must be sent by the institution to poischolarships@isletapueblo.com. Your file will not be considered for funding until all required documents have been received. Please know that other documents may be required after the file is reviewed.

Funding cycles below will be utilized to ensure that financial awards are delivered to the Institutions in a timely manner. The Department of Education (DOE) established the internal funding cycles below to process awards and ensure the Institution receives the award in a timely manner. If all documents are received by the funding cycle deadline date the Department will make every effort to review and process the file within the following 10 business days.
